| When can I access my unit? |
Your unit is accessible 7 days a week 365 days a year between the hours of 6:00am and 11:00pm. 24 hour access is available upon request. |
| What are Corkscrew Village Self Storage's Office Hours? |
We're open: Mon.- Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sat – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m, Closed Sunday |
| Who can access my storage unit? |
| Only you and any person you have given a key and your personal access code. |
| What security features do you offer? |
Corkscrew Village Self Storage has access control systems in place that require use of a personal code to gain access to the facility. Multi camera video surveillance, facility wide intercom system and high security cylinder locks further protect you and your possessions. |
| Do you provide dollies and carts? |
To make your move in and out of your storage unit as easy and convenient as possible, we offer dollies and hand carts located at every entrance to our storage buildings. |
| Is your storage facility on one floor? |
We have 5 ground level storage buildings, no elevators to contend with. All buildings are easily accessible with wide entrance doors and hallways. |

| Do you sell boxes and packing supplies? |
| We offer a variety of boxes and moving supplies to meet all your packing needs. |
| Are there any items I can't store? |
Combustibles, hazardous, toxic or illegal substances are specifically prohibited in our lease and local fire codes. Also, no food or perishables may be stored in your unit. |
| Can I store gas powered tools or vehicles? |
Lawn mowers, trimmers, motorcycles, cars etc should be drained of all fuel before storing. |

The most important thing to keep in mind when filling your unit is to keep an aisle to the rear of your unit for easy access to all your storage belongings. |
Terms / Payments

| Are long term contracts required? |
At Corkscrew Village Self Storage there's no need for a long term contract as all space is rented on a month to month basis. |
| Will I receive a monthly invoice? |
Yes, invoices are mailed to your mailing address 15 days prior to your due date. Invoices will not be mailed if you are on our auto pay program. |
| When is my rent due? |
Rent is due on the monthly anniversary of your move-in date each month. If you wish to pay on a specific day each month we'll be happy to arrange this. |
| What credit cards do you accept? |
Corkscrew Village Self Storage accepts all major credit/debit cards, checks and cash. Payments can be processed by mail or in person. Avoid late fees! Ask us about our auto pay programs |
| Do I need insurance? |
We believe that if your items are worth storing, they are worth insuring. You may want to check with your home or rental insurer to see if your current policy covers items in storage. Corkscrew Village Self Storage does not insure customer's belongings. |
| Do you accept deliveries? |
| We're happy to receive deliveries for you with some restrictions (see manager for details). |
